Nylon hot melt thread, also called bonding thread, is a special thread used on embroidery machines or sewing machines. When the ambient temperature reaches the melting point of 80°C, this kind of thread will melt into a jelly, which can glue woven materials into a whole. Hot melt thread is often used for gluing and plating of yarns or textile fabrics.
Hot melt line has a much lower melting point than conventional fibers, which can be superior to other fibers. The line is mainly used for hot melt adhesive elastic webbing, raschel lace edge bonding, sewing thread, furniture cover and car seat cover rope velvet fabric etc.
Melting point:Dry heat temperature is 80°C, Damp temperature is 105°C
